Running the day-to-day operations of the AMi business is a privilege for the Administrative Team. Anikka manages everything and everybody, from vacation schedules to client billing. Layton handles operations throughout AMi, and has focused quite a bit on technology and infrastructure, keeping us agile and efficient. Jeff concentrates on business development and customer support. He is known throughout the meetings industry as a technology advocate, and has written dozens of articles and given scores of professional talks on the effective uses of technology in the industry.
