Our Design Team specializes in building custom event websites, while adhering to the specifications of your organization's branding and identity standards. We transform your event information and graphics into a functional and professional site.

The design phase of the project is broken into three stages. Supplying the event details allows our Design Team to begin the first phase of the process of analyzing the event requirements, and begins implementing effective solutions to your events specific needs. Prioritization of the details regarding the event lead to the first stage, which is the initial build out of the website and registration form for your event.

Once the basic structure is in place, we enter into the edit phase of the project. This time gives you, the client, the opportunity to review and provide updates to the site. After the site has been thoroughly reviewed and tested, we launch the site, and your Design contact facilitates the transition to your assigned Registration Specialist, who assists with reports, attendee edits, email invitations and reminders, and invitees with registration or event questions.

The design process may be anything from simple one page registration to an elaborate site with pages of information and numerous attendee paths, and our Designers will work with you every step of the way.
