What is AttendeeNet?
AttendeeNet is a powerful attendee management and online registration system that includes:

How does the AttendeeNet service work?
Our goal is to make attendee management and meeting technology available to organizations and meetings of all sizes, not just those who can afford expensive software. We license several software products and then pass their capabilities on to you, minus the high licensing fees and annual support contracts.

In addition to providing access to these online tools, we include training so you know how to use the system, manage attendees and get the information you need when you need it. Although the system is user-friendly and easy to learn, training doesn't end after one or two sessions. We are available via phone, e-mail or instant messaging to answer your questions and help you navigate through the system.

If learning yet another software program is not your thing, we offer an extended service package for a nominal charge. You will receive updates on the progress of your meeting, custom reports e-mailed to you in Excel format, and full management of your attendees.


 
How do you determine charges for a meeting?
The cost is comprised of a start-up fee and per registrant transaction charge. The start-up fee includes construction of the website and registration form and is based on the complexity of these components. The transaction charge applies only to completed registrations, so you only pay for actual attendees.

 

Can we use our existing databases?
You probably already have long lists of invitees or potential attendees, and those databases are easy to upload into our system. All their profile information can reside where you can access it 24/7, track their activity and make changes to their record. Plus, if they have new information, like a changed phone number or address, the database will be updated when they register.


 
Does AttendeeNet have reporting capabilities?
The better question is, what do you need to know? Reports can be created on any person or groups in the system and on any information collected in the registration form(s). All reports can be viewed over the Internet, printed, or exported for use in your favorite spreadsheet or database program.
How long does it take to set up a site and make it active?
It depends on the complexity of the registration forms and conference website, and the amount of preparation involved. We work with you to create a site that is perfect for your meeting and attendees. If all the site's elements are supplied (i.e. logos, pictures and text) development may only take a couple of days.

You may simply want a registration form using the AttendeeNet service linked to your current website. If so, you could be up and running in a day or two.


 
Is online registration secure?
Our vendors provide top-level encryption technology to ensure your registrants' information is being transmitted securely. We are happy to supply our vendors' Internet and server security policies by request.

Attendees' privacy is very important to us and access to their records is limited to authorized AMi staff. You can choose which members of your staff, clients or vendors can enter the system, as well as their level of access. Their information will never be shared with anyone for any reason. Period.
